Pricing and billing

Membership is $44 per month, or $122 every three months when paid upfront. Your subscription renews automatically at the same rate until you cancel. Payment is taken on the same date each billing period.

Cancelling

​​

You can cancel at any time from your account on this website, or through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep full access until then. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Refunds

​​

Membership fees are non-refundable. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access for the remainder of the period you've paid for, we don't offer refunds for partial periods or unused time.

The self-paced courses

​​

Your access to the two included courses runs alongside your membership and ends when your membership ends. Any course you've downloaded while a member remains is yours to keep.

If a payment doesn't go through 

​​

If a scheduled payment fails, we'll attempt it again over the following days and you'll be notified by email. Your access may pause while a payment is outstanding, and will resume as soon as it clears. If the payment can't be collected, your membership will end and you're welcome to rejoin at any time.

Changes to gatherings 

​​

Session dates and times are shared in advance and occasionally need to change. If a gathering is rescheduled, you'll be given as much notice as possible. If a session can't go ahead in a given month, it will either be rescheduled or replaced within that same month. Replays are always provided.
